Recommended dosage:
Titanium dioxide: 1-3%; organic pigments: 3-10%; carbon black: 20-40%; for the full amount: 0.1-0.5%
Usage: In order to obtain the full effect, it is recommended to add in two periods before and after.

Characteristics and advantages:

  • BZ-202A Dispersing Additives has excellent dispersion of titanium dioxide, good wetting and dispersion in industrial paints, especially in alkyd resins, excellent viscosity reduction, short dispersion time, no dispersion after uniform dispersion.
    Short dispersion time, no flocculation after uniform dispersion, excellent whiteness of the dispersed titanium dioxide.
  • It has good wetting and dispersing properties and fluidity for all kinds of pigments (e.g. red, phthalo blue, phthalo green, etc.) of colour pastes.
  • It also has good dispersion and surface tension reduction effect in water-based industrial paint and wood paint.
