BZ-801 Epoxy Phosphate

Composition: Epoxy modified phosphate
Appearance: light yellow transparent liquid
Active component: 90%
Applications: Tinplate, rolled steel, cast iron, aluminium alloys, electroplated surfaces, aluminium-magnesium alloys, plastics and other surface treatments.
Recommended dosage: 0.5-2% of the total formulation (please test the most appropriate dosage before use)
Usage: Can be added before or after grinding.

Characteristics and advantages:

• BZ-801 Epoxy Phosphate is a kind of epoxy modified phosphate ester multifunctional group baking paint adhesion agent, can improve the adhesion of the coating to the metal surface so as to enhance the ductility and impact resistance of the coating film;
•  adhesion groups and metal surface interaction, adhesion promoter in the substrate of good orientation, thereby improving adhesion. It can significantly improve the adhesion to metal substrates, paint film flexibility, boiling resistance, cup convexity and fog resistance.
•  adhesion promoter contains a large number of substrate reaction groups, can easily and the substrate system of hydroxyl cross-linking reaction. It is suitable for coil steel coatings, can coatings, security doors, automotive coatings, etc. It can be sprayed, dip coated and dripping coated. Suitable for polyurethane system, acrylic system and epoxy phenolic system etc.
• Does not affect the storability of the coating and the weathering resistance of the coating film; can resist high temperature baking above 200℃, high temperature rapid baking without discolouration;
